Carbine Match Divisions

We will use modified IDPA DMG rules for the carbine match. There will be 3 divisions:

Tactical Carbine Open
– Any carbine/rifle .223 and up.
– **10 Rounds per magazine (pistol) maximum** FP for violation
– 1 Optical sighting system max
– No bipods

Tactical Carbine
– Any carbine/rifle .223 and up.
– 5 Rounds per magazine maximum
– 1 Optical sighting system max
– No bipods
– No compensators of more than one (1) inch in diameter.
– No Extended or Oversize Magazine Wells

Pistol Calibre Carbine
– Any pistol calibre carbine
– 1 Optical sighting system max
– No bipods

All stages will be 18 rounds or less. Most shots will be under 50 yards. If there is interest we can run a Heavy Metal division for .308 and larger rifles.

Our annual 1911 match always draws a good crowd. We had five competitors vying for the cup this year. This was also our first match under the new IDPA rules which were generally well received.
