IDPA is a volunteer sport, everyone must pitch in to make matches run smoothly. Participants are expected to help out and treat everyone with respect. As a minimum we expect all MDPL participants to volunteer to:

Patch targets
Pick brass
Set up and/or tear down
Be ready to shoot when it is your turn
Respect match officials and other shooters

The only excuse for not helping is if you are the shooter who just finished or the shooter on deck. Our sport runs on volunteer effort and that means EVERYONE.
