Dates marked * are proposed multi-gun matches.  Multi-gun matches will feature handgun stages in the morning with 2-4 stages of shotgun or carbine after lunch.  Competitors will be able to register for the whole day or for just the morning or afternoon.

The course will be from 6-10 Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturday.

We'll break for lunch on Saturday.

This course (or an IPSC black badge) is a requirement for participating in our MDPL matches.

Course participants must be CSSA members. The course is $50 + CSSA membership ($45) for a total of $95. We will start Friday evening with basic instruction and spend Saturday on the range.

Required Equipment:
'Stock' handgun and 2 magazines / 3 speedloaders (minimum)
(4 or more magazines recommended)

Belt Holster (no shoulder rigs, no 'speed'/open holsters)

(Belt ammo carriers also recommended - i.e. mag pouches)

200 rounds of ammo (minimum)

Concealment garment (vest, jacket etc...)

Eye & ear protection

The course will cover:

CDP rules, and range commands

Range safety

Drawing from a holster, drawing from concealment

Target engagement

Shooting from cover, shooting on the move

Reloads (tactical reload, reload with retention)
